SchoolSchedule for Android: Terms of Use

Availability and personal use
SchoolSchedule is being prepared for Google Play. The initial internal configuration build has online accounts, purchases and cloud switched off. An online service is available only when enabled and offered to you in the app; paid subscription plans are offered through Google Play. This page does not announce a public app release or guarantee availability in every country.
The app helps organize lessons, breaks, extra classes, homework and exams that you enter. Check important dates and times with your school or institution; the app does not automatically obtain an official timetable. Keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose. Add another person's information only where you have a lawful right to use it. Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized access, abuse or attempts to bypass account or purchase protections.
Local use, adults and free accounts
Schoolchildren, including children under 13, can use the free local timetable without an account. Child accounts, child purchases and family cloud are unavailable in this release.
The separate online account, purchase and cloud area is for adults aged 18 or over in enabled countries. It begins with an isolated personal workspace and does not import the local timetable. Use it for the adult's own planning, not for a child's information. Provide accurate age and country information. A user age declaration is not independently verified age or parental consent.
Google/email accounts are free, whether or not you buy Premium. A verified email and current server-confirmed adult access are needed for the connected service; identity creation alone does not give cloud access. Keep control of your account. Deleting your own account remains available after recent sign-in without Premium or verified email.
Optional three-day Premium trial
When enabled in the app and your country, an eligible adult with a verified account and current server-confirmed adult access can choose to start one free Premium trial. A free account does not require Premium, and account creation, sign-in or checking access does not start the trial. It begins only after your explicit request succeeds on the server, lasts exactly 72 hours from that recorded start and then ends. Repeating a request does not extend it.
This trial requires no payment card, makes no charge and does not renew or convert automatically into a paid plan. It is not a Google Play subscription trial offer. Buying a paid subscription is a separate action requiring your confirmation through Google Play. A new trial is not started or consumed while paid access is active. An active paid entitlement takes priority without moving an already-started trial's original end. If paid access ends before then, only the unexpired remainder can apply. At trial expiry, trial-only Premium access and cloud synchronization stop unless an active paid entitlement applies; the free local timetable remains usable and the saved cloud copy is not automatically erased.
The trial is offered once per verified sign-in identity. Deleting an account and creating another with the same verified email or linked provider identity does not create a new trial entitlement: limited pseudonymous identity hashes and trial timing records are retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. This check confirms sign-in information, not a person's real-world identity. Under-18/local users cannot start this online trial, and it does not allow children's information into the adult cloud workspace. The trial remains unavailable while its server or country access is disabled. Ending the free trial does not cancel any separately purchased Google Play subscription.
Premium plans and payment
The basic timetable, homework text attached to lessons, classic appearance and widgets displaying available local data are free. Premium provides the dedicated homework and exam organizers, modern appearance and personal synchronization for the separate adult workspace when these services are enabled. Children cannot buy a subscription or connect that cloud through this release.
Monthly and yearly automatically renewing plans may be offered separately from the free trial described above. Before purchase, Google Play shows the actual eligible price and currency, taxes, billing period and renewal terms. Check that information before confirming. Any additional store promotion applies only if explicitly shown in that offer. You purchase using your own eligible adult Play account and payment method. Google Play processes the transaction; we do not receive your card number or payment password. For purchases through Google Play in the EEA, the purchase/use-of-content contract is with Google Commerce Limited under the Google Play EEA terms; SchoolSchedule's operator provides the app and its related support/services. The applicable Google Play purchase information and these app-service terms should be read together. No alternative billing is offered through this release.
A pending payment does not unlock Premium immediately. Access follows the verified subscription status and expiry; payment failure, a refund, revocation or expiry can affect it. To restore, use the SchoolSchedule account originally associated with the purchase and the appropriate Google Play account. Purchases are not freely transferable between app accounts. Contact support before buying again if a completed purchase is not recognized.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
A subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless you cancel it under the conditions shown by Google Play. You can manage or cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the already paid period, unless a refund or another applicable change ends it earlier. Uninstalling SchoolSchedule or deleting its account does not cancel renewal.
Stopping future renewal is different from withdrawing from a purchase or requesting a refund. EEA consumers purchasing a digital service such as cloud storage ordinarily have 14 days to withdraw for a full refund under the applicable Google Play EEA refund policy. Follow the Google Play refund request route or contact us at the email/postal address above. You can use an unequivocal statement identifying the service, order date and account/order reference; a special form is not required. Do not send passwords, card details or full purchase tokens. Google Play processes its payment refunds using the applicable purchase terms.
After that period, mandatory rights still apply to services that are defective, unavailable or not as described. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, remedies can include bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction or termination/refund. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, lawful withdrawal, statutory warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Spanish consumer legislation.
Cloud, deletion and changes
Local changes can be made offline. Sign-in, payment verification and cloud synchronization need a connection and available services. Cloud starts only for the separate adult workspace after valid access, active Premium, explicit enablement and a device/cloud-copy choice. Review conflicting copies carefully. Each launch starts local; leaving the adult area stops its sync. Pausing, signing out or Premium expiry does not itself erase a saved cloud copy. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Delete your account in Settings → Account and sync → Delete account or through the external deletion page. A failed operation is reported instead of being treated as complete. Device copies, retained security records and provider records are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. Contact support if you need access, correction or help with a deletion request.
We publish updated terms and their date here. Material changes are brought to your attention in the app or by account email before they apply where required by law; a new agreement or choice is obtained where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued or mandatory cancellation/refund remedies. If an ongoing paid digital service is materially changed, applicable notice and termination rights remain available.
These terms are governed by Spanish law to the extent permitted. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protection of the law of your habitual residence or your right to use the competent courts or authorities available under that law.
